Good product
It is about a month, since I bought it and its working good. Print quality is excellent. I recommend this product for the price it is offered.

Poor quality
Printed only one page dark and then the rest too light. Unfortunately had torn the box so could not return.

Perfect product.
This was the first purchase by me for our Society purpose. The item was perfect and working fine. Amazon helped me a lot in time of necessity. Print quality is fine.

laser toner cartridge not working ,customer care refused to accept return
Laser Toner cartridge was bought for my small business office as a backup , delivery date was 4th May 2024, since the other cartridge was working fine, we replaced the older one with this on the 16th May 2024 when we discovered that the print was coming on the left side of page while the right side was blank, we cleaned the printer thinking it was a printer problem but still same issue was found again, called customer care on 17th may to complain where i was informed that they could not refund or exchange the product as it had crossed exchange limit of 12th may. Being a non perishable product the time frame given for any exchange or defect is too small. now i'm forced to throw this out and buy from somewhere else,
