I bought these for recovery after an elbow operation.So far these seem well made and work perfectly to perform my physio exercises.

I am very happy with my purchase. They are compact and lightweight and I can carry them very easily whether I am home or out. Yet, they are very effective. The resistance bands are available in 5 different strengths, so I can use them according to my ability and condition of the day each day. I particularly like the pretty pink colours of the resistance bands. The attractive design of the resistance bands motivates me to use them more and more. I have been dreaming about building healthy muscles with these resistance bands.

I ordered this product as it was suggested by my physio after my partial knee replacement to build up the strength of my leg again.I have just received my resistance bands and am extremely happy with them. Beautifully packaged, l appreciate the storage bag as well. Not too pricey, and the fact that they clearly state on each one the strength of the band, that makes life a lot easier! Plus! Well, you get what you pay for, as the old saying goes, and it fits these resistance bands perfectly.They seem well made until you have used them for a while. I bought them to rehabilitate my shoulder and 2 of them have already snapped after a few weeks, leaving me with ones that are too 'heavy' for what I need them for :(
