Q: What makes the nonstick version nonstickie? What substance is used?

Composition is the same as Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil. The coating on the non-stick foil is a food-safe coating. All approved by the FDA. The ingredients are considered proprietary. The coating will not leach into the food. Coating is organic, no animal products but there are synthetic materials in the coating which are proprietary.

I have the same question…but not sure how to contact the manufacturer directly. Grossly disappointed in the Reynolds Non-stick flimsiness. It used to be wonderfully thick, like the Heavy Duty foil…now, pretty much a waste.
