Keeps room cooler on hot summer days
I selected them more for the pattern and look. Didn't expect to close curtains during the day because I love natural light. But I decided to give it a try on hot summer days when I was working so not in that room anyways. It makes a huge difference in my summer AC usage. Bonus!Gave it a 3 for blackout, because they are room darkening (that's a 5), but they are not technically blackout curtains so the suggested ratings should be reworded.

I Love my curtains my living rm looks so much lighter and my friends .

Not blackout.
We have the curtains doubled over on one window & lets a decent amount of sunlight in. Not ideal for the night shifter who needs dark space to sleep.

They look nice and block the light
Love the curtains. They are as described, they block the light. They could probably be a tiny bit darker on the light blocking side but that doesn’t bother me too much.
