Best Customer Service
My monitor stopped charging a year after I had it, not sure if it was just the cable however I contacted customer support and Gemma was amazing! Emailed back promptly, after trying a few things she stated to try, they sent me a new monitor with no cost. Best customer service I have received.

Poor quality product, warranty, and customer service
We were expecting a baby and had a 2.5 year old. We bought this so we could monitor both children at night. Once I received it, i installed one camera in my 2.5 year old’s room. First impression, poor video quality. I couldn't really tell what I was looking at, and no matter how I positioned the camera the picture seemed very close to him as if it were zoomed in. I had a vtech before and I could see the whole room, and the picture was so clear I could see my son breathing. I considered returning it then but was so busy I just delt with it.Next, the charger failed and I could not get a good connection. I would have to hold the charger tight to the monitor for it to charge (the same was true with different chargers as well so it was a monitor issue). It has a 1 year warranty so I went to the website printed on the manual but the website had been shut down. I had to message them through Amazon (which takes a couple days of back and fourth all while I was unable to monitor either of my children). There was a lot of back and fourth with them telling me to try some troubleshooting stuff, all of which I had already told them I had done in my initial message. Ultimately, I went out and bought a new vtech. Finally they said they would replace it but I had to give them the serial numbers, box everything up, return it, then they would send me a new one once they received the defective product.Save yourself the trouble and buy a VTech!

Not worth the money unfortunately
I’m giving this 2 stars because we have loved the monitor itself, so I don’t want to just give it one star. However, after only seven months of using it, my toddler dropped it one time and the kickstand fell off. I have had other monitors where the kickstand (a flimsy part of any monitor) has fallen off, and it has been no big deal. On this monitor, the kickstand is apparently attached to something important on the inside because it disabled the entire device. I can see a loose piece inside that the kickstand was attached to. It’s just floating around and I can’t get to it. When I emailed customer service, even though they claim to have a one-year warranty on their items, they said that the damage to the kickstand was not a problem with their quality. I disagree, as a piece like a kickstand should not be attached to something so crucial that could disable an entire device. Over $200 down the drain and now we have to get a new monitor. I was really hopeful that this would last me through many children, as it was quite pricey. Don’t waste your money if you have other kids in your house and are worried about that flimsy little kickstand being broken.

Great while working, customer service was helpful
I'm surprised reading reviews and how many people have had the same experience with the monitor charging after about a year! My monitor slowly stopped holding charge after around a year of use. I would go to bed with it plugged it and the charging light on, only to wake up to a child screaming across the house for no telling how long due to the monitor dying in middle of night. It went from working perfectly one day to losing power in middle of the night the next.I contacted customer service and supplied all needed info ( which seemed fair! ) and requested a new monitor be shipped to me before I boxed this old partially-working monitor up to send back. They were very responsive and sent a new set.

UPDATE: USELESS!
UPDATE: originally I loved this monitor system. It was originally by Vava when I first purchased back in 2020. It got a lot of use, and eventually got dropped too many times and then the kickstand broke and the monitor stopped wanting to charge—seemed like normal wear and tear due to use and and abuse. But I loved the picture and durability so much that I purchased again in July 2022. Then it was sold by “HiPP,” but still the monitor said “Vava.” Fast forward only 4 months…the monitor had been taken great care of and never dropped and wouldn’t charge. It wasn’t the charger, I bought a brand new one. So I contacted the seller and they replaced the monitor. Great. It’s now March, and imagine that, 4 MONTHS LATER, the monitor will not charge. It’s completely useless and a waste of money. I can’t even message the seller because they’ve changed, or it’s been over 6 months from the original purchase I’m not sure. Also not sure if the lack of quality has to do with the sellers changing or what but this is so incredibly disappointing.Picture perfect night vision—it’s so clear even when the room is pitch black. I love how I can set up multiple cameras to the monitor. I always recommend this monitor whenever people ask!
