Mine didn’t even come with directions to put it together! **Q: how thick the insert can be?** A: Standard poster board. **Q: Package came without screws. What size screws do I need??** A: Maybe be had screws. **Q: Is hardware included?** A: There are a few things included but I had to use most of my own tools. I had to request several missing parts a few times , it works good now but the quality control people needed much more training as I had several small very important pieces missing. I had a very frustrating experience with this company but after about 6 weeks it was resolved.
