Great bit of kit
I got this for a good price and it is a great bit kit.I have the two handled version but was finding that my left tricep was not growing at the same speed as the right. So I finish off with an extra set with just my left. Problem solved.

Solid, value for money
Fairly basic item so no massive issues. The rope feels a little greasy the first few weeks of use and the protective cap from the bottom of the 'knuckle' fell off, but to be fair, I throw it around the gym without much care.
