Kept falling off watch and would not charge it - is not compatible for all the type of watches it says in the description

The item is fine. Unfortunately I need to return it because it is not compatible with my watch.

One of the first things I did after buying this was replace the strap. The original strap is a sort of rubber which makes you sweat and causes an irritation on the skin. It's easy to find other straps that fit it thankfully. It charges quickly and holds its charge well. There are lots of faces to choose from. Messages come straight to your phone and you can easily check your heart rate etc. All in all, probably very similar to more expensive ones of It's type but at a fraction of the cost I think you will be pleased with this item. Connects easily via Bluetooth so set up is very straight forward.

DOESNT WORK!! I’d like a refund.

As the other reviews state, can't get the watch to keep the connection to charge. Though I could put a piece of tape on to resolve this (on reading reviews), so bought anyway. It doesn't work, you can't even put it down carefully on a flat surface with tape without the connection being lost.
