Wii Remote Battery Charger (White01)

Ordered this because I was tired of always having to buy new batteries and batteries dying usually at the most inconvenient times. One of the battery packs works pretty well and I usually get around an hour and a half to two hours of life out of it before needing to recharge. My complaint is with the other battery which only lasts maybe a half hour if I'm lucky. As you can imagine this gets rather frustrating at times. When my nephews are over and playing some games one of them ends up with a dead battery which always leads to either them having to take turns or scrounging around for some batteries until the other is charged again. This and the fact that you can't buy just some extra battery packs to keep on hand are my only complaints. I would give more stars if both lasted the same amount of time.Edit! After I posted my review the seller contacted me and offered to send me a new battery to replace the faulty one. They actually did even better than that and sent me two new batteries and another charger. Amazing customer service that you just don't see anymore. I will definitely be ordering from them again if I need any Wii accessories.

This would have been a 5 star product if it wasn't for the bright blue lights. It's a convenient charger that allows you to place the Wii controller on it to charge instead of removing the battery pack like some charging docks. It charges pretty quickly and they hold their charge for a long time. Performance, price and ease of use make this a 5 star product. Now onto what brings it down a star.. The bright blue glaring lights are so obnoxious! The lights stay on all the time. At night your room will look like you have a black light on. I wish the lights would turn off once you remove the controller. They are red while charging and turn blue once fully charged but why does the light stay on once you remove the controller?? I could unplug it but then I'd have to plug it in every time I need to charge which defeats the point of having a convenient charging station.

This is a good replacement for the old charger. The old charger quit charging and luckily this one worked for my older Wii system.

These are a great replacement battery for the Wii. I have not had any issues. They charge fairly quickly and hold the charge for a while. Highly recommend for the price point.

I’ve had the device for 5 days. So far it’s working well. It is temperamental when placing the remotes on the charger. Sometimes only one side lights up and I have to spend a lot of time making sure it’s actually charging both remotes. If you don’t pay attention it’s easy to set them on the charger only to come back later and discover they were never actually charging. I expected it to be much easier to engage the remotes for charging.
