Cushion is an issue

The cushion provided to save the table from getting scratched is very sub standard. They just spoilt while screwing only. Tried with both the pieces. If I don’t screw it tightly, the holder keeps moving.Wish the cushion provided was of good quality, rest the product is fine.So returning them back as that’s the only option provided by amazon customer care representative.
