Review: The instructions were clear and easy to follow - I saw these AIS plugs on desertcart for my 2001 v star 1100 clicked on buy now and they showed up with in 3 days. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I searched on U TUBE to see some videos of AIS removal,don't bother. Follow the instructions they give you be patient you don't need to use a giant hammer. I used a small slide hammer and vice grips on the back fitting it came right out. On the front a slide hammer wont fit with the frame in the way so put a screw driver in the tube and turn the fitting back and forth wile prying up on the base. After a few minutes it will pop out. The new plugs went in no problem. This fixed the deceleration popping,sounds great.

**Q: Will this work on a 2011 V-Star 250?**
A: i don't know about a 250 but will work on 1100, possible because it is part of smog sys u blocking off so it could be the same on a 250

**Q: Has anyone experienced the chirping sound coming from the cylinders after using these plugs.  I have heard this is a common issue**

**Q: What material are they made of? I've read plenty of people using 45 casings but am concerned about the galvanic corrosion that will cause?**
A: Not sure of the material. They are very light though. had them put on looks great
