Can someone please confirm the dimensions? The ones listed on Amazon are larger than the Geberit counterpart.

I think you are comparing apples and oranges, and the Seller's response is not very well informed and only created confusion. 111.902 is a mounting frame, specifically, the 2x6 1.28/.8 DuoFix frame. However, the 115.770 you asked about is a Sigma1 flush plate. The 111.902 uses Sigma flush plates, so the 115.770 Sigma1 flush plate should be perfectly compatible. And by extension, if this generic flush plate is compatible with the 115.770, it should also work just fine with the 111.902 mounting frame.
