The item arrived on time and in perfect condition, despite it being a very heavy 64 pound box originating from China. The parts were all clearly labeled and nicely packed to ensure no damage during transport. The instructions were very clear and each step was easy to complete. I put the whole tower together myself in under 2 hours and that was taking my time. It is 68 inches tall, much taller than me. All parts are solid, all the holes lined up for assembling the many levels and perches easily. I am very impressed with the quality of the plush leopard print fabric! Get the leopard print, you won't be disappointed ! The 3 perches are super soft with a generous amount of cushioning for your cats comfort, especially nice for my older cat. My 5 month old kitten loves curling up on one of the 2 nests on the tree and are larger width and depth than other towers... big enough for even my adult cat. (I was unable to attach photos of the assembled tower in my living room but it is lovely). All the fabric is well applied to the thick and sturdy particle boards and posts, with no loose edges or frayed material on front or backs of the parts. The sisal rope is very well wrapped and secured on the posts for climbing. I found no sharp edges or loose staples to worry about. All the screws fit well with no sharp edges sticking out that could hurt the cats The finished tower is sturdier than I expected. Only one tool is needed to assemble the tower and it is a wrench included in the hardware All the hardware was securely wrapped and packaged so it would not damage any of the fabric during shipment. I have 2 cats that love their new leopard print tower. I think this tower could easily sccomodate up to 6 adult cats because it is sturdy, and has so many fun hiding spaces, nests, and perches to keep all of them happy. The scratch pad on the front helps add extra stability to the tower. My cats like to use it to climb up to the 3rd level more than as a scratching pad. It's a very nice, heavy scratch pad for cats that want to dig their claws in for a satisfying clawing experience. Tip: sprinkle a little catnip around the different levels to get your cat to explore all the fun hiding places on this tower. I am more than impressed with this cat tower and it was worth paying a little more for it than many of the others on the market that are flimsy or won't support adult sized cats (read their fine print - most are only suitable for kutten sized s cats). I'll never have to buy another tower as my cats get bigger. There is a strap on the back of the tower and hardware so that you can secure the strap to a wall to reduce the chance of tipping if your cats get to chasing each other around their fun tower. The cat tower looks like a beautiful piece of furniture in my living room, not just a cheaply designed cat toy that you want to hide in the basement or back room. My cats will enjoy their beautiful plush tower for many years. If you love your cats and want to give them a fun place to claw and climb away from your furniture, you won't regret getting this fabulous tower for them!

This is amazing! It’s sturdy, easy to assemble, and has plenty of space for climbing, scratching, and napping. The platforms and hideouts are perfect for multiple cats, and the plush fabric is super soft. My cats spend hours playing and lounging on it, it’s become their favorite spot in the house. Definitely worth the price for the quality and size!

I received this cat tree a week and a half ago, I unboxed it the next morning and did a parts inventory, fortunately all the parts were present and accounted for. I was overwhelmed with the amount of parts, but started assembling (which I thought would take 2 days to complete). Once it was 50% complete, I took a short break and continued till finished, only took an hour total time and really had me feeling happy that it was so easy to put together. My 2 cats really love it and it looks great.

The cat tree was very easy to assemble and I had absolutely no problems following the instructions. It is heavy duty and well made except for two small things. The cat scratch board is coming apart at the seams on one side, (see pictures), and the hanging balls got knocked off and fell apart almost immediately. I have replaced them with other cat toys. So far the strings haven't come off of the tree. I'll figure out a way to make the scratch pad work, either by replacing it or removing it. Otherwise, all 3 cats love it and, as I am now living in a tiny place, it gives them more room to hang out and things to exercise on. I would still order it again.

I don’t usually leave reviews on stuff I buy on here but I just had to for this one. I was hesitant about the quality and the height and whether or not my cat would fit in everywhere on it, but it’s PERFECT!!! He loves it SO much. It’s his daily and nightly sleeping spot, also he loves to scale his way up on it and run off and onto it a lot! He loves it so much fr. And the quality is really good!!! I’ve had it for over 2 months now and I don’t see how he could ever live without this cat tower lmao. I won’t lie though it took me like 5 hours to build it buts that’s really only because I’m kinda slow when it comes to following paper instructions. But everything was labeled and the instructions were very clear and easy to understand once my brain finally started to understand it all. Either way tho, it was totally worth the 5 hours I spent building it by myself, and I’d do it again if I had to. Absolutely a game changer for cats that have never had a cat tower before. My cat does get it pretty furry but it’s easy to clean the fur off with a vacuum cleaner or cat fur brush. It’s pretty sturdy for a normal sized cat(even when he’s going crazy climbing it and jumping on and off of it really fast) so I haven’t even needed to screw the back part into a wall cause it stays up really well on its own! It’s not too heavy either, I can easily pull and slide it to wherever I need it to be inside the house. Overall, amazing purchase! Arrived on time and all the pieces were here and ready to get put together, and I will definitely be buying another one whenever this one gets too worn down in the far off future. So, if you have a cat that likes to climb and sleep up higher on soft surfaces, ORDER IT! I SWEAR YOU WON’T REGRET THIS PURCHASE. Treat your baby to this amazing cat tower<3
