Fortunately their individual packages prevented any damage. However the duo base requires 12 rubber cushions and only 10 were in the package. I sent two emails to DMT about this and received NO response. Not even an acknowledgement to the emails. I was able to find similar cushions and the stone with base work like a champ. I tried to make Amazon aware of this but their website will only let you 'return' items.
