Has been in service as our primary home PC (email, browsing, MS Office apps) without any issues. It *does* have a tiny cooling fan that one can hear in a silent room, but I just stuck a thin piece of foam under it to mask it.

I have been trying to return this unit and it does not work and I cannot seem to return it to get our money back.

we bought on of these for my mom. it worked fine for a few months, then failed - wouldn't boot. contacted Beeline, it took them about a month to send us a new one after we returned the failed one. Second one has also just failed after about a year - black screen of death. Will contact Beeline, but will replace with a more reliable brand.

I like just about everything about this small desktop computer. Windows 11 Pro, plenty of memory, SSD, great performance, etc. I use it for personal financial tracking, email, spreadsheets, wordprocessing, Internet browsing, in fact just about everything but gaming. It is not a gaming computer but I can do anything else I needed to.

I needed an inexpensive system to separate work and personal tasks. This thing is near silent and very snappy for all everyday tasks. It launches apps fast and I have not noticed any real difference in browsing speed from my MacBook Pro M1. I got this on a lightning deal and coupon... was $210 total and worth every cent.

I bought two of these within a year of my first purchase. One for me and one for my wife. I mostly use it for photoshopping and movie editing. My shotcut movie editor detected hardware acceleration in rendering and encoding while using it therefore I can safely say the graphics capabilities are impressive out of the box.I only gave this product only 3 stars because the first unit I received has a hardware flaw probably in the installed 500gig ssd drive because sporadically it would fail and give me the blue screen of death and used my recovery usb stick so far 5 times to recover my operating system. I never had this experience with my wife's unit. Therefore keep your data on external usb storages and never create or copy files on those cube size units. Your first task should be creating a system recovery disk as soon as you boot the system go for customization and login.Creating a system recovery disk takes on average 6 hours. You need at least a 32gig usb drive. If your unit fails it can't be even used as a paperweight if you didn't do your due diligence. My negative experience suggests that at this price point quality control is sacrificed and you are on your own.I for one decided to buy a different brand this time as I was tired of re-imaging the hard drive. Let's see soon how my new NucBoxG3, which has 1terabytes ssd and slightly bigger and has a fan now.

I wouldn't consider it for gaming, unless we are talking about solitaire (or equivalent)I am using this as a lab machine and it is cool and quiet and will run virtual box.I have the 16GB/512GB version.

Ready out of the box. No installation necessary. Works great!
