Best clown makeup I have used thus far
A little goes a LONG way with this baby, and it is very full coverage. I bought the larger container because I thought I would burn through it, but after two uses I have barely even scrapped the top. And yes, this makeup feels heavy and gross, so if you can't commit to the costume-- don't do it. I will say, application with a blending brush is so much better than using a beauty sponge (mine disintegrated into the makeup tub and I had to scrape it off). And yes, if you want to wear this, you need to PACK ON THAT POWDER. Otherwise it transfers like crazy. The first wear, I wore it to a Halloween party and every single person I hugged had white on their costumes (sorry). So the second wear (on Halloween at work), I applied enough powder for it not to transfer, and it held it in place nicely. Not only does this makeup transfer without properly setting it with translucent powder, but it also creases so bad. Pls pls pls if you get this, get some powder to set it with, or else you will regret it. 1st 3 pics: from beginning of the day next 3: at the end of the shift (why so serious? yeah I know)

world's most reliable face paint
Went to the FNAF movie tonight. got told to take my face paint off and it took thirty minutes. If you need house paint or a long-lasting look please get this. it ruined my life but it works wonderfully. My favorite face paint ever ❤️

Great white paint, still transfers when touched
I think this is definitely one of the better white face paints I've used. It's much easier to layer and get a consistent smooth appearance than a water based paint. I'm still figuring out the best way to set it because it will still come off when bumped or touched even after setting powder and spray, but it could be user error. I got this for my boyfriend for the Ghost concert. I think for areas except directly around the mouth it works great, but still looking for something that dries down and really holds and doesn't transfer.

Best Goth Makeup Base Ever!!
Amazing coverage!! And stayed on all night. ALL NIGHT!! Went to nu metal night and this makeup survived 2 hours in a mosh pit. This paired with NYX Epic Wear liquid liner and you’re set. Just make sure you set it with setting powder and you’re good to go. Also, I have sensitive and acne prone skin and I had no reaction. Best goth makeup base ever.

HOW TO USE CLOWN WHITE
The negative comments for Mehron Clown White all say much the same things: "It stayed sticky and made a mess! It looked blotchy on my skin!" These problems arose due to the users' ignorance, NOT because of some flaw in the product. So, as a public service, here is how to use clown white. 1. Start with a freshly washed face, free of makeup, oils, and grime. 2. Use two or three fingers to scoop approximately a teaspoon of clown white out of the container. Place this "blob" of makeup in the palm of the other hand, and use those same two fingers to swirl the makeup around in the palm, thus warming it. Alternatively, warm the makeup using both palms. 3. Using two or three fingers (or both palms), cover the face, ears, and neck with clown white as evenly as possible. If skin tone shows through, you have used too little. If the makeup seems thick, you have used too much. Add more makeup to your palm if necessary. 4. Here's the trick to creating a smooth clown white makeup: Pat your face with three fingers or the palms of your hands to even out the color. Doing so will remove streaks and blotches. 5. Optional: Using a Q-Tip wet on the tongue, remove clown white from any areas that will receive red or black makeup. The mouth and (new) eyebrows are the two most common areas. 6. To set the makeup and remove all stickiness, you must use powder. I recommend baby powder, which is simply pure talc. Do NOT use any powder that contains corn starch! Others may prefer to use a pure white theatrical powder, but it is more expensive. To apply, use the largest velour powder puff you can buy. Coat the puff generously with powder and apply to the makeup. You can't use too much powder! When you think you've powdered sufficiently, check for any wet spots with your fingers and powder those spots. Let the powder sit for up to five minutes, giving it time to absorb the clown white's grease. Then, brush off excess powder with the puff, a shaving brush, or a powder brush. 7. Using a sable brush, apply the colored makeup in the areas you "cut out" previously. Powder as before. When brushing off excess powder, brush from the white into the colored areas to be sure no color makes its way into the white. For additional information, see Strutter's Complete Guide to Clown Makeup . Also, there are a few excellent YouTube videos demonstrating the proper way to apply clown makeup. Check them out! I hope these guidelines will help you avoid the mistakes others have made. Mehron Clown White is a superior product that you can use with confidence--once you know how!

Very good coverage, long lasting, and fairly easy to remove!
I bought this product for a Halloween costume. My husband was IT the clown and I was really a fan of the product. Last year, he was the joker and I purchased a similar product and didn’t have the same experience, it was chalky and not buildable. It also came out in chunks. This product on the other hand was very smooth and we were able to apply and spread easily but it wasn’t too thin like some others I’ve seen. Some of the whites can be watery, but not this product. We ended up doing two layers and that’s the beauty of the product, because it’s definitely buildable. I applied with a makeup sponge (you know the white multi pack you can buy at Walmart) I thought it was very good coverage and it lasted all night long! We stayed at the Halloween party for 4 hours and he still looked great by the end of it. Getting it off was not terrible…. Then again, I did send him in there myself and he was probably using hand soap 😂 but when he came out, it was mostly gone, aside from the spots he didn’t see. I will definitely purchase again in the future if needed! Btw, this is not a promotional review or paid review! Just my honest opinion on a product I loved!

I've used this clown cream numerous times now for my Joker makeup/costume. I find it very easy to apply and it holds very well. I wear it on nights out for 6-8 hours and it doesn't come off with sweat. Really easy to take off too. You get so much for your money's worth as you only need to use a very small amount to get good coverage over your entire face/ears/neck. Overall just very impressed. Thanks for reading.
