Loved It So Much Bought One For My Wife!
I was looking for something to replace my 5 year old Dell I5 desktop and with a sold state drive. This Beelink Mini saves so much room on the desk and I am sure it saves on electricity. I am not a gamer so I can not attest to it's ability on games but for the everyday use I have for a computer this gets it all done. No problems of any kind since I got it. Updates smoothly and is so much faster in anything I put to it.

Fixed and upgraded to Windows 11. Works well now, and very quick.
I hung it on the rear of my monitor, out of the way. After 6 months, it crashed. Won't boot. I have read that many PCs of different mftrs have the problem: "Won't boot after upgrade." But, I don't know if it did an upgrade.I got it to where it wants to reinstall, but can't read USB files. Says that no 'Administrator" account was put onto the PC. And, how do they install the Windows O/S to start with? Since it has no CD-ROM, I am stuck there.I am awaiting an answer from BeeLink since yesterday.2/15/2023: OK, so I finally get it to reinstall Windows 10 about 2 months ago. I am not sure what I did, but finally got a blue screen with which I could work. However, I was not confident enough to load all my apps back onto it. About 2 weeks ago, I moved up to Windows 11 and....it really took off. Much quicker after it probably cleared out all the junk apps, etc. I didn't know that it would make that much difference. However, the same thing happened on a 2nd PC. The Windows 11 Upgrade went extremely smoothly, with no effort on my part. So, now, do I recommend that you buy one of these Beelinks? Well, if you have fun playing with computers and installing op systems. I hung this one on the back of a 24 inch monitor on a over bed table and use it as an all in one. (See pic attached.) And it works very well, except that it powers down if not used for 15 minutes or so. The power button is tiny and hard to reach behind the monitor. But, what the heck. I like my setup now. So, I upgraded it to a 4 star.

System set was easy. Drivers currently available via beelink.com web site (With addition).
Initial setup for Windows 10 Pro went well as I had no issues. Initially set up local Admin and Windows account. Being adventurous, as I have worked in electronics and computer support for over 40 years and drivers were available via Bee-link.com web site, I decided to do a clean install of Windows 10 Pro. All went well installing drivers, except the sound driver was missing. An email to their support "[email protected]" and only a day later they sent me that link to download the missing driver. I have requested they add this driver to the ZIP driver file for this computer. System is working great now.

This is an awesome little pc!
This pc is well worth the money. It's blazing fast with productivity software and the wifi 6 is super fast too. It has an 8th generation i5 which is compatible with windows 11. I'm also excited about upgrading it with more memory and eventually a larger hard drive. so far it's handled everything I've installed on it perfectly, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio 19, and vpn software. Fan is really quiet too. It's great!

Very good for 6 mos, 2nd display port bombed, 8 mons DEAD
I purchased this item because I wanted a supercomputer for the rest of us!I was oh so pleased with the product for the first 6 months, but 2nd display port trashed thereafter. I tried to use the link Amazon presented for support and "site not found", went to bee-link.com - site not found.Well maybe a fluke - bought a Usb monitor port (from Amazon) and worked Ok.Now 8 mons in - it is Dead as A Doornail! It won't boot - how should I react? The unit was as hot as a firecracker - IDK - maybe the power supply or primary display port gone too?I have a $30 replacement power supply on the way, just in case (Money pit Much).I went through channels - nope no Bee-link.com support site online - WHY?I decided to purchase an HP Mini DT (at least it is kinda made in US), Well Hope's Good!.I'll just give it up to another of my bad decisions (oh you don't wanna know).Almost $700 - down the drain, plus $765 for new HP - NO - not acceptable!Apparently. there is a reseller involved, that means the Mfg is insulated (hence no website) - WHY?IDK - not my best experience in spending for something I expected to be the Cat's Meow!Is what it is - well shall survive!BUT - Happy Much - NO!
