Great value for the money.. perfect size. Used for writing.. can be laid out like a laptop folded like a tablet.. love it..

I recently procured this item as a gift for some one in need of this style of laptop. The computer is working fine for the value at the moment. However, I am upset that the charger ceased functioning within 1 week. Thankfully a universal dc charger can work with the device, but would prefer to get a replacement charger if possible.I am willing to amend this review upon service and feedback from the product importer/manufacturer.

My husband decided on this laptop to do his college courses on and it has worked out great. For the value it has worked out.

It's great for travel it's like a text book but the screen is excellent it keep u well focused on what you're doing for it's size, it's not for anything too heavy although I'm running a DAW 😬, but hey u get what u pay for it's a cool little laptop

I received the jumper which I was really excited about. Turns on nicely easy set up however the charger adapter is not compatible with us standard electrical outlets. I have made contact to the seller and have not heard back from anyone. This is extremely frustrating I wish I could leave more of a detailed review about the device but it needs a charge my advice don’t buy

For $250 and its feature set, i figured that if it works I'd be happy.Except that the features don't all work. The expansion slot for the nVME hard drive is hideously misaligned. You'd think that's not a big issue, since it's internal and covered, except for the fact that a SSD that tested good somehow bricks the entire device. No matter what you do, with the drive in, it refuses to even so much as blink the power light or screen.While we're at it, the processing power is barely able to run windows, the system/UI lag is noticeable despite being brand new and not loaded with software. Windows is like an ocean fish in a goldfish tank, thrashing and barely surviving.I will commend the screen, full HD in a 11.6 package with a surprisingly decent touchscreen is very nice. The clarity is very nice. The TF micro SD port is also a nice touch. Personally, I think the choice of DC charging port is not great, since you could have potentially done the charging with a nice USB-C at this power rating, but that's just my personal preference.I played russian roulette with this, and lost. Support is irrelevant, because I need this for travel and by the time this gets resolved I will be without the laptop for at least one trip and will miss out on cyber monday discounts on any replacement. Generally poor workmanship that could have been well-executed by simply delivering on the feature set that is advertised.

I love this laptop! It's the right size for school and traveling, it have pretty of storage space and for the price you will not be disappointed.
