I love Rip-Ties! This is the size (1 x 6") that I use most often. Rip-Ties are intended to be opened, wrapped, opened,wrapped...again and again. If your application is for coiling and uncoiling things like that (microphone cables, power cables, adapters for this-and-that)...these are what you need!Be careful to read the description. Amazon carries a subset of the Rip-Ties available from pro-AV dealers... but Amazon's price is cheaper for the ones they stock. I use black and red Rip-Ties all the time, for coil and recoil of power cables, adapters, network cables. I've got a color code for them...elsewhere they stock a 10-pack of rainbow colors. They last ten years or more before they start looking really ratty. I just replaced one I've used since 2005.

Worth their weight in gold
Rip Ties are far and away the longest lasting, easiest to use and most convenient way to secure microphone, video and computer cables. I have used them for years and never had the Velcro wear out. They are not the cheapest, only the best.

Cures cable madness.
I've used these little strips in my recording studio for decades and still have some that are thirty years old. They do the job and look good doing it. Get some and tidy up your cables and cords.

Expensive but the best
Pricey; that’s the only complaint. These things are made right with the right components. If you want a “buy it once” solution these are the ones you buy.

Perfect for cables you coil and uncoil often
Love these things. I have certain cables that I need to use then tidy them up in a coil. This is perfect. You attach one end of the cable wrap to the cable where it stays permanently and you wrap (or unwrap) the rest of the cable wrap around the cable. The sweet part is the cable wrap is always attached to the cable and doesn't get lost.
