The media could not be loaded.  Windows 10 home is snappy and the touchpad is easy to work with, gesture control with 2 finger helps to scroll up/down, left right etc. The left and right click does give a nice click like a mouse. The screen is 1080p and a wide viewing angle, nice and bright and pixels only visible when 30cm from the screen.I use it with MS office for word, excels and it has no problem with multiple tabs opened. Watching Youtube and prime video is a nice experience even in a fully lit room, the speakers ar facing down on table but no distortions at normal desktop working position.Battery last around 4 hours under heavy load and wifi, it should last longer if only using for light internet browsing and office applications. While plugged in it will charge and run under heavy load at the same time.Running 2D games like Robox is ok but 3D games does suffer performance issue running 1080p full screen, I managed to run some 3D games in windowed mode with low settings only.WiFi connection is stable throughout my house with no dropping in connection, all the built in app like paint and printer connection function all working as per any l;aptop. It weight in at just under 1.2kg, casing is made entire of plastic which is not a lot to carry on holiday and travels.

Purchased this laptop to replace an ageing Dell windows 7 and wanted something cheap and run the latest operating system.The price of this laptop was good with fairly good reviews and the description on the laptop stated it will upgrade to windows 11.When it arrived, I charged it fully, went through the setup and installed the windows 10 updates.I then went on the Microsoft Windows 11 website to check whether I can upgrade to windows 11, but it failed saying the processor didn’t meet the requirements.A bit of a disappointment, hence only 4 stars. However, the laptop is fast, good battery life and the graphics phenomenal. I also played Roblox on it, no problem.UPDATE; 2 months down the line this laptop is still performing well. I have upgraded the windows 10 home to windows 10 pro so I could run Hyper V Manager and with virtual machines now added it still runs really well, so despite not being able to upgrade to windows 11, this now deserves a 5 star

Great operating system, great specs!Where else can you find these specifications for the price of £229? Don’t take the bait.The Ezbook looks good on paper and is designed to perform reasonably well until your warranty expires. In my case the audio was dead on arrival, which saved me problems later on when I’d more than likely explore the plethora of other glitches and crashes this product offers as early as one month in.Don’t be surprised if customer support is hard to come by. Jumper has a reputation for imitating wealthier brands, but they use cheap parts and don’t care about their customers.I’m receiving my refund and plan to buy a more professional laptop.

This is a great laptop for our needs. I wanted a lightweight laptop for virtual meetings and kids schoolwork. This was so easy to set up, Cortana walks you through the whole process. The whole thing is Microsoft technology and links to existing Microsoft accounts, making set up even easier. It is fast and very user friendly! I really like that it came with a keyboard cover to keep it clean. I definitely have no complaints about this laptop at all! So glad we bought it! I would recommend it to anyone who isn't wanting to pay the high prices of other laptops and is looking for a reliable product.

I started back with open university, this year. And needed an in expensive laptop, which had quality and reliability built into it.The laptop, provides an extended battery life, hi resolution for images and video (for my reports), compact, lightweight and comfortanle to carry and use.I invested in a carry bag, to help me transport it, but it does well in a carry sleeve too. Also the memory drive, can add a sd mini card up to.256GB.And there is room for a SSD to be installed also.Package contains; power adapter, laptop, instructions, in a compact well protected box. (Good for environment)I have just submitted my first report, and whilst im sure i will have some mistakes to correct, purchasing this laptop will not be one i need to worry about. It lasted meaverage.of 6 hours in coffee shops, whilst typing away, and researching. I would definately recommend this product.

No matter how many times I look at these modern laptops I'm always surprised at how high a spec can actually be fitted into something that is smaller then an A4 notepad. This laptop in particular has a 13.3 inch screen and most of the top lid is taken up by this screen so there's no lost space. It has your standard keyboard setup although it doesn't have the additional keypad to the right hand side which would be expected with larger laptops but for this compact version it's a compromise that seems necessary.Connexion points are plentiful there's a TF card slot as well as a couple of USB3 ports a headset port as well as a mini HD port all of which when testing on speeds well mainly on the USB3 ports seems so much faster than my old school USB originals.It comes with a 256 GB SSD drive which for me has resulted in much faster access to the data stored on the laptop, that accompanied by the 8 gig ram and a quick update on it to windows 11 means that it's currently at the top end of available specs for laptops. Battery wise it runs for ages, I can unplug it in the morning do a few hours of work, stop for lunch and pop it on charge, then continue on until 5 without having any battery issues.
