Great design, awful sizing chart.Pros: I really enjoyed the way these helmets look and function. Solid design, solid visor mechanisms, and nice padding.Cons: Size chart is off by AT LEAST two sizes. My head measures 23.1in/58cm, and almost totally round. After reading the comments and seeing the sizes were off by about a size, I ordered one size larger (XL, 24.4in/61-62cm). My Wife's head measures 22in/55cm, and again, one size up (M, 22.8in/57-58cm). Once I had the helmets in hand and fitted them, they were incredibly tight. Padding will conform slightly, but not enough to be comfortable. All my previous helmets(all Large) allowed about .5in after a few weeks of regular use. I'm certain these will not conform enough to be comfortable. So, I'll attempt to return these for an even larger size(a XXL for a L wearing person and a L for a S wearing person).Buyers beware, order TWO sizes larger and avoid the frustration of having to return items and being without a helmet.

I was ready to hate this helmet but am really surprised by how well it is made and fits! I wear 23 1/2 helmet so I ordered an XL and yes it was tight at 1st but you have to wear this thing around the house even though you look like and idiot in order to break it in, just like shoes, I'm very picky about fit and this so far on my 1st ride of 75 miles did not disagree with me! The inner visor flips down easily and for now I removed the face shield as I'm already behind a tall windshield for winter riding but in the summer I put on a cut down, so the face shield may go back on, btw the face shield can be removed in less than 30 seconds w/o tools.

The helmet is excellent, nice gel padding inside, everything feels very solid and its very comfortable to wear. My head size is right on the upper end of one size and and if anything I might have been slightly more comfortable with a size up. Other than that this is a great value and I look forward to using it. The flip down visor, sunshield, and air vents that open and close work great.

You know this was pretty good quality for the price! Lots of features and very modern styling. It was shipped in the wrong box kinda just banging around but was new and unscathed. As other reviews point out buy it about one size bigger as they do seem to run a bit small.We do recommend the Yema Helmet and would buy again.
