It worked straight out of the box. I use it to watch videos and the picture is excellent. Boot up time is short and battery life is long. It does everything a tablet should and is very reasonably priced. There are a few minor issues. The Android version does not allow you to delete files on the microSD card, which is an inconvenience. The user manual that it came with was useless since the control buttons were in different places than the manual depicted. I have not contacted customer service so I can't say if they are helpful. It was shipped poorly packed and bounced around throughout shipping but the rough shipping did not damage the tablet so it appears to be rugged. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ amazing product.....but *by E***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2016* A great tablet, no considerable slow down while having mutiple apps open. Sadly, my mother (whom i gifted it for Xmas) dropped it it from her bed (roughly 2 feet) and cracked the screen down the middle leaving the left side of the tablet unresponsive to touch. Would get another for myself and another to replace my mothers gift too (she was left devistated and kept saying sorry to me) but i used my bonus to get her one in the first place.
