invisawear Smart Jewelry - Personal Safety Device - Necklace

After domestic abuse issues with my ex I purchased this necklace. It’s functional and looks good to wear inside or outside my clothing. I’ve tested whether the messages get to my contacts and it all works as advertised. Would recommend for others in a similar situation

Convenient, easy to use and set up. I did end up returning mine shortly after purchasing as you have to have cell service or WiFi in order for it to work. I don’t have the best service living in the hills so I would get a disconnect notification when I got back to reception range. With reconnecting, it does send another test text to all emergency contacts which I didn’t like as it stressed some people out. Other than that this is a great product especially for woman living alone and should I move to town I will definitely get another one.

I don’t normally write reviews, never mind bad ones but this was really unacceptable. The necklace that I got didn’t work I tried setting the app on multiple phones to see if maybe it was just the phone I was using but no the necklace was indeed broken. I was planning on giving it to my mother to keep her safe walking around at night or just living alone. I returned it with no trouble but if I had been relying on this to keep my mother safe she would’ve been screwed. The product itself is fantastic but I strongly encourage anyone looking to by a panic necklace (sidebar: they aren’t cheap) should probably do so directly from the invisaWear company.

Great item for when I'm away at work that my wife will have the ability to put a call out for help in an emergency or safety situation...

Works great. We had some issues getting it working but customer service was excellent.
