I am a flashlight collector and this final addition to my many torches is now my new Ever Day Carry torch.Please note this is a floodlight. It evenly lights a wide area and puts out nearly 10k lumens which is astonishing.Please also note the threads of this torch are sealed meaning you cannot open it to change the battery, although the battery fitted is 5,000mAH in capacity and unless you are running it on turbo, the battery should last an all-night walk in the winter.The use of two buttons at the rear end is innovative, TURBO can be instantly accessed if you need to light up a whole area at once.The "throw" on this torch is limited. Don't expect to light up anything further than about 300 metres, but this is common in "floodlight" type torches.

Taschenlampe gefällt mir sehr gut, was man bedenken muss ist dass bei maximaler Leistung eine enorme Helligkeit+Hitze entsteht und die max Helligkeit der Lampe ist auf ca 10 sec begrenzt da es sonst zu heiss wird.auch muss man erwähnen dass die Lampe Personen sehr stark Blendet eben auch zu taktischen zwecken zu benützten.

I like torches. That sounds weird but I’ve bought a few torches. I usually buy LEDLensor products but thought I’d give this a go.First of all, you must realise that the selling point for this torch is its floodlight function. And when you use it in floodlight mode the light is incredible. It may not cover a great distance but it’s like day light.The torch is solid metal quite weighty, fits nicely in the hand bet gets way too hot during use.It has a thick prominent on and off button at the end of the torch. This is easy to switch on. Covering half the surface area around the button (and flush to the base/end of the torch) is the ‘mode’ button. Press it once for low light, twice for more light and three times for max torch light. Press it again and it goes back to lowest light. However, if you press and hold the mode button (even when the torch is off) you will activate the floodlight. The light is incredible. However…. to access the flood light you have to keep the mode button pressed. Release the but and the floodlight goes off. Also, when holding the floodlight mode it starts to dim after 10 seconds. This mode obviously drains the battery.In summary, the floodlight is bright over a short distance, but the awkwardness of having to hold the mode button and the fact that the torch becomes hot to hold, outweigh the benefits.An average torch with an incredible floodlight function…. But there are better, and much cheaper torches available.

Produkt gut, Lampe sehr hell. Leider ist die Bedienung (wie bei vielen Nitecore-Produkten) nicht sehr intuitiv und man muss sich etwas spielen oder in der Bedienungsanleitung nachlesen. Wenn man die Lampe längere Zeit nicht in der Hand hatte oder zwischen mehreren Lampen wechselt, kann man leicht vergessen, wie die einzelnen Funktionen einzuschalten sind und muss erst ausprobieren. Daher ein Punkt Abzug.
