What is the difference between the regular relaxing leg cream and the "PM" version?

No difference, they both have the exact same ingredients which includes the nighttime sleep aid. You just have to search the description till you find the ingredients.

How many hours does it give relief?

This product was purchased for my wife, who has had severe leg cramps for years, especially at night. We purchased the PM cream, along with the leg and back cream. She used the PM leg cream, and received COMPLETE relief all night! She occasionally uses the leg and back version during the day, and it gives her almost immediate, total relief! She says she has only had to use the PM cream one time, and very seldom has to use the leg and back cream. We purchased the product (about) 3 months ago, and it has been so successful that she hardly ever has cramping problems any more!! We highly recommend this product!!

Yes, there is a full list of active and inactive ingredients. There are two active ingredients, for pain and sleeping, and many inactive ingredients, too long to list. I try to use something cheaper first, like Aspercreme. When that is not sufficient, then I rub on the Relaxing Leg Cream. It almost always works the first time. Occasionally, two applications is necessary. The stuff works well!

This stuff works but I don’t know how! I used to use icy hot and that stuff works great but this is way better. I get the same relief without the strong smell. I was skeptical but it helps my legs stay calm at night and I get a good sleep!
