[+] NUTRITIONAL CAFÉ REVIEW w/ video This product was very helpful to me in supporting my prostate health when I was having symptoms of an inflamed prostate. I was having a typical symptom of a reduce flow. I did not get tested, so I cannot provide any information on lowering PSA results; however, I did recover from having the symptom that I described. I also took two other products that I believe worked in synergy with this product to become more effective. I took a high-quality zinc supplement because the prostate requires adequate levels of zinc to function properly. I have read some studies where a zinc supplement alone would help the prostate. I also took Zyflamend, which helps lower systemic inflammation. One of the issues with the prostate is that it becomes inflamed, which then squeezes on the urethra cutting off the flow. Three times to buy for my husband!

For several years I took this product and, at first, thought it was a great product. It seemed to work well enough as my urine flow improved a bit. However, for the last few years I have noticed capsules not being full. I have had bottles where I would guess at least half the capsules have empty areas in them (see pic). Other customers seem to be getting these as well. I kept buying, hoping New Chapter would resolve this issue, but alas I am fed up with hoping. To me it means poor quality. I am now taking Life Extension Ultra Prostate Formula, which I believe is much better quality.
