The product came perfectly wrapped and in original boxes, came with all OEM Nintendo gadgets and the console itself looked new! No scratches, cracks, anything. Works smoothly, just a little laggy in the Nintendo shop but that’s not a big deal to me. I would definitely recommend and am very pleased.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price looked good, and as we all know, it’s a tossup with Amazon renewed, but I have to say the system looks brand new. It came in a normal box. Nothing Nintendo box, but the Nintendo Switch smells and looks brand new and not a scratch on the screen or the body, the joy cons also look very new. Only thing that looks used would be the power adapter, but not bad enough that it won’t work. The HDMI cable looks fine. I have to say I’ve been using it so far and everything works perfectly well give this guy a try for this company because so far it’s been a few days and the system looks fantastic and works just as good. No bad battery drain I mean the battery does go down but not as much as anything else I would Imagine so instead of getting a new one go with this one go with this company nothing but good things to say so far you know what I don’t even have some pictures why not

The Switch tablet itself looked fine, no crazy wear, just a small single scratch on the screen. ALL accessories are really cheap 3rd party junk, not a single original accessory in there. No joycon straps. Cheap HDMI cable and power adapter, an unbranded joycon bridge. I didn’t even bother unwrapping the dock, that was maybe the only original accessory in there. The Joycons are really cheap 3rd party, you can tell the difference immediately. They have a really bad buzz when they vibrate and lack any Nintendo labeling. The left joycon I received wasn’t working properly. For the price I expected more, like an newer open box unit, especially since the excellent condition implies it is like a brand new product. It was packaged well, I guess I can give them that. Returned immediately.

Works great! However, the buttons on the joycons are sticky.

I will definitely be taking advantage of Amazon Renewed products more often in the future. The only part of the package that was missing was the original box, as well as whatever instructions and warranties it comes with. All of the actual NSwitch components were included and packaged well. And whoever owned the thing kept it in excellent condition, true to the listing - there's gentle marks and wear but nothing's glaringly obvious or functionally impeded. As for the console itself, I can't recommend it enough. This is currently the overall best videogame console on the market and it's not even close. The Nintendo Switch has such a massive library of incredible first- and third-party offerings, and the console and controllers are such that you can play just about anywhere, in any number of different configurations. The included Joy-Con are very good controllers that can easily be outfitted or replaced to suit your preference or comfort. And the OLED model is absolutely worth getting over the basic model, as someone who has used the latter for several years - the OLED chassis is much more substantial and satisfying to hold, the kickstand is light-years ahead, the internal storage is doubled, and the namesake screen is truly something special. I am aware that the Nintendo Switch 2 is on the immediate horizon, and will almost certainly supersede the NSwitch OLED for the #1 spot (especially as it's going to immediately absorb all of the first Switch's game and accessory library). But if you're impatient or you don't expect to be able to afford the 2, absolutely avail yourself of an OLED model, and get it refurbished while you're at it. Easiest saved $$ of your life.

There were very faint imperfections like a clear scratch ok the joycons and a dot of pink on the other joycon. Of course this is refurbished so that’s to be expected. Other than that the console works great and i've been enjoying playing!

Estaba todo muy solo a habido un percance porque me han puesto el enchufe del cargador de Inglaterra pero todo lo demás muy muy bien 😀😀👍👍

El producto llegó mal funcionando (switch oled) según era reacondicionado y al intentar usarlo no lee los cartuchos. Se supone que lo revisan antes y “reparan antes de venderlo” y me llega un producto reacondicionado mal funcionando, qué posibilidad hay que de se vuelva a estropear algo que recién repararon? Ninguna!! Simplemente no le hicieron nada, tenían el switch por una devolución de garantía y ahora me aguanto yo pagando un producto que no puedo usar y como es tardado el tiempo de reembolso y garantías pues que bonito me jinetean mi dinero…. Bonito negocio hacen !! 0 recomendable ni confiable comprar las cosas de uso de Amazon.
