This is a great little tool with so many things included like pins, small hammer and pin removal gadget. Tried to remove links from a new watchband with the tool that came with the band and failed over and over to get the pins removed. This one did the trick. Don't hesitate to buy it. Easy to use.

The watch link removal set is of excellent quality and value and it would be easy to use ***IF*** they would have #1) Had the longest pin already in the screw tool (the tool that pushes the watch pin out). BUT instead, they have the shortest pin pre-installed in that tool (which couldn't even work for a toddler's watch), which only pushes your watch pin out a little. It doesn't push it all the way out, and trying to pull the rest of the pin out manually (as the instructions suggest) IS IMPOSSIBLE!! Also, using that little hammer that set comes with to hammer/push the rest of the pin out of your watch IS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE! It was so impossible that I went and got my regular full size hammer and tried to hammer the pin out with it that, AND THAT DID NOT WORK. So, almost a half hour later, while fumbling with the accessories that this kit came with, and trying to use the different pieces/pins to push the rest of my watch pin out, low and behold, *I* discovered that the screw tool that the set comes with that pushes the watch pin out (the one that comes with the shortest pin preinstalled), ***that you can change the pin size*** (😮) by screwing out the one that it comes with, and then selecting the ***longest pin*** (with the screw looking top) out of the little pouch, and screwing that into the tool. Once I did that, I was able to COMPLETELY remove a watch pin (and link) in less than a minute. No kidding. A SUGGESTION TO THIS COMPANY: PERHAPS YOU NEED TO PUT THE LONGEST PIN IN THE SCREW TOOL. THAT'S # 1 # 2 IS - PERHAPS YOU ALSO NEED TO PUT THE INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION *ON THE FIRST PAGE / AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF YOUR INSTRUCTION BOOKLET) THAT THOSE DIFFERENT SIZE SCREW PINS ARE AVAILABLE AND THAT YOU CAN CHANGE THEM IF YOU NEED TO, in which, even for a toddler's watch, they would need to change the pin to the longest pin. Smh. ***Those instructions/information concerning the above, IS ON PAGE 3!!!!**( THAT INFORMATION SHOULD BE ON PAGE ONE!! I ACTUALLY CAME ACROSS THE INFORMATION LONG AFTER I SWEATED A LOT AND HAD ALREADY FIGURED OUT THE PIN CHANGING THING MYSELF. Here's the point, the process of removing a watch pin/watch link with this *awesome* kit (because the kit is hood), could take 4 minutes the most, however, since you neglected to put pertinent information regarding the process on the 1st page, a 4 minute project took me like an hour. I'm so serious. Smh The hardest part to me was hammering the pin back in. That was an arduous task. But that's not your fault/the kit's fault. TO THE MAKERS OF THIS PRODUCT, STRONGLY CONSIDER REVISING YOUR INSTRUCTION MANUAL **AND** PRE-INSTALLING THE LONGEST SCREW PIN IN THAT SCREW TOOL. Would I purchase this set again? Yes, I would. Now that I figured everything out. It works very quickly and effortlessly.

For the price it does the job well. Removes everything I wanted removed, and put it back nicely. But the screw system bends somewhat easily, and unbending it is not an easy task. However, it can be replaced by the other tools so it's fine.

Great product. Did exactly what I needed it to do. Used it on my Invicta watches to remove my links with no problem.

happily received the set from Amazon. Then I started working on my watch band. It is a well known brand band for apple watch. This is the first time I try to adjust a watch band. I chose a pin and started to try to get the pin out. But, it was a very tough work, I used the hammer and the drill. Neither worked, and the drill pin is so soft, it bended. So I started to order a a little more heavy duty set on Amazon and decided to return this one. Then the watch user told me that she wanted the watch today, so I went back to work. This time, I chose a different pin, some how this pin was much easier, I didn't have to hammer much at all, the pin was out. Well, so, I realized that I just had to choose an easy pin each time ... The lesson learned is that this tool can only work on easy pins.

Bon, je ne comprends pas trop les commentaires négatifs sur ce petit ensemble d'enlèvement et remplacement de maillons pour les bracelets de montre en acier. Je ne suis pas "spécialiste", mais il m'arrive de changer ce genre de choses. Il est évident que si l'on s'y prend comme un bourrin, cela risque de ne pas trop bien fonctionner. Cet ensemble est juste ad hoc ! Bien entendu, et comme pour tout, il faut de la patience et de l'attention, ce qui est normal lors de ces petites opérations délicates. Le kit est de belle facture (même si ce n'est pas une grande marque comme Bergeon), mais il est totalement adéquat. Dès lors que l'on y mette un peu du sien et d'attention, le remplacement de maillons est simple. Le support en plastique est bien adapté, le poussoir qui permet de retirer les aiguilles fonctionne fort bien et sans problème (une fois de plus, il faut faire attention à ce que l'on fait !). Je viens de remettre à dimensions 3 barcelets en acier (Seiko, Casio et Longines. Pour vous dire la diversité) et tout s'est passé sans problème. Pas d'efforts excessifs, pas de pliage ou casse de l'embout, pas de "chipotage", pas d'énervement. Pour faire court, c'est un outil bien pensé avec quelques trucs en plus comme le petit marteau, des aiguilles de remplacement pour l'attache bracelet sur les cornes, 2 petits outils bien utiles et des embouts de remplacement avec des dimensions différentes pour la longueur. Que demander de plus ? On pourrait -à la limite- reprocher que le manche du petit marteau ne soit pas "travaillé" pour une prise en main plus simple, plus accrocheuse. Il est d'un diamètre fort petit (4,8mm), glisse et tourne facilement. Perso, je l'ai muni d'un tube thermorétractable et le tour est joué. Donc, si vous n'êtes pas un pro tout comme moi, cet ensemble est parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation.

It’s easy to use and has all the things needed plus spare springs .x. Good value for money coz you’ll save by not having to go to the jewellers for adjustments .x.
