I have a small barbecue and I've tried making individual pizzas on it but the crust always gets burnt before the dough and the toppings are baked. I've used pizza stones on barbecues before to good results, but I didn't think I would be able to find one small enough for my little 11 x 16" grill. This little 10" pizza stone is the perfect fit for my barbecue. It seems like the quality is equal to my older, bigger one. The first time I used it my pizza came out brilliantly. The crust was baked, but not burnt, and the cheese was nice and melted. I've never used one of these in the oven, but for the barbecue it's a great way to make pizza.

I love this pizza stone. Good size for a smaller pizza. I'm just bummed you can't cook a frozen pizza on it.
