Nutricost Psyllium Husk Ground Powder (1lbs) - Gluten Free and Non-GMO

Doesn't taste great on its own, so instead of water use a strong tasting liquid. I use a heavy splash of V-8 then add enough water to make 8 ounces. To get it to dissolve, mix well, wait a couple of minutes and then mix again. Much cheaper than other brands and the dose is smaller too.

This stuff works. I like to mix it into Mt protein shakes, drink it fast cause if you don't it gets so thick.

This works well, but it gets challenging to finish the glass. If you use flavor drops (Mio/Icee, etc). It helps.

I was instructed by my doctor to take this. Needless to say, it didn't go well. This tastes horrible and anyone who can get it down without spitting it out or vomiting it up, more power to you. I know it works, but getting it down is almost impossible.

There is one drawback to this product. There’s no serving scoop that comes with it. I’ve took one out of a different supplement product I have which leads to the second issue. The scoop I was using is shorter so you can’t fit your hand into the mouth of the container. But the product Itself works well. I put this in with my protein Shake and it blends up fine.
