It has almost everything you need to monitor your daily fitness routine and sleep. I bought it to wear it only a daily basis but I didn't quite get used to it l. For one, it is insanely light and didn't give the watch feel that I like on my wrist secondly the notification sound it has is super annoying and there r a very few customization options. I would love to wear a normal watch alongside a miband to get the best of both worlds.
