If you are looking for a large mixing bowl with a spout this is it! I knew what I was buying but it was bigger than I thought. It’s heavy as a glass product should be and cleans nicely. The quality is strong and looks great. Looking back I should have bought the lid too. I might order than now….

My husband is the baker in our family for which I’m truly grateful! I saved a TikTok recently for a particular Christmas Cookie, and the woman demonstrating the recipe had a glass bowl for her mixer.. well.. thought I.. what a perfect gift for “my”baker. (He has the standard stainless steel bowl.) He loves it!! He said he can finally see what is going on in his bowl.! I didn’t get a chance to use it until well outside the return window, but it broke the first time I used it. Part base broke off while it was sitting in my mixer; and in addition to a large piece, some of the glass ground up into small pieces as well as powder. If you’re looking for a glass bowl for your KitchenAid keep looking, I can’t recommend this bowl at all. Really sad and disappointed with the quality, especially for the price.

The bowl was in it position on the mixing stand and when I twisted it to undo it from the stand to take the ball off, the bottom broke and the piece of glass with the little knob stayed in the KitchenAid holder. I hope this is warrantied.

This boil fits on my KitchenAid mixmaster, but it’s so big. It’s hard to find the right position. It certainly does hold enough dough.
