Works fine short but using any segment of the extension is not airtight and it's like drinking from a cracked regular straw, with having to suck through more aggressively and no continuoud flow. Anything thicker than milk and I can't get it to work at all. Smoothies? Forget about it. I got it for that reason and I can only use it with short drinks. It's cute, aesthetic, but didn't work for me.
