I weigh 280lbs.and would like to know according to the instructions how many days will one canister last?

The canister will last you one month. And that's based on just 2 scoop a day. The can says one scoop for every 100 lbs. I weight 250 and just 2 scoops work great for me. I've shopped around everywhere for this product & the cheapest place is at infowars.com and you set it up for auto shipment & you get free shipping & handling and I think tax free also plus you get it in like 2-3 days. Some of these sites take that long just to process it then you have to wait 7-10 days for shipping .... So check out info wars. there are 115+ nutrients in this product:) there are 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, and over 60 plant based organic minerals. there are also antioxidants and pre/probiotic blends.
