I bought this item in September and I used it a few times. I found that the rest bars were uneven which made it uncomfortable to lean back on. So I wrapped the rest bars with an item of clothing which slightly helped. Whilst I was doing the sit ups the spring broke on one side of the machine. I emailed the seller who advised me that they can’t replace it because it’s after 30 days from buying the item. I am very disappointed with this and I feel that the item should last longer than 4 months. I did originally like this exercise machine however I don’t want to spend that amount of money again if it doesn’t last long.

The Customer service was excellent and product arrived promptly! It is portable and you can do a workout anywhere and it only takes up about 10 minutes of your time, daily, to get a very effective workout! Fantastic product and well worth every penny! No need for expensive Gym memberships! There are exercises for all parts of the body. Abs, chest, legs, biceps, triceps, etc..., with demonstrating DVD and exercise poster, showing you how to do the exercises, simply and correctly. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to stay in shape! Thank you for a great product and an excellent portable Gym!

Get this for the workouts that include the cables, those are good and you can't do it if you don't have cables anyway.For situps, this is terrible. I mean it's great, I literally tripled the amount I could do, but then I realised why. It's springing you back up with the arms, effectively taking the work out of the workout.Most of the other things it can be used for are good and it does help, but I'll be doing my situps without this.Overall a decent, well made product with a lot of things it CAN be used effectively for, so 4 stars seems fair.

This is a fantastic workout machine, Iv been using it for a week now & I love it, you get a chart with all the exercises you can do on it & you also get resistance bands, it’s better than the one that’s advertised on the tv, this is a better quality & better priced product, I bought it in pink but all the colours are great fast delivery & well packaged will definitely buy more products from this seller

I do really like this product and it is helping to define some stomach muscles, but when using for sit up exercises, it is causing some back ache by the bars. I have to use two cushions to help combat against this and try not to use every single day.

Well extremely dissapointed the unit has been used in accordance with instruction by a lady who is not large and I have to report the sprind contolling one of the arms had sheared due to the fact it has not been manufatured from quality spring steel and not heat treated properly and therfore has failed after 8 months, It should carry a 12 month warranty but not the case and thus I need some type of redress Ray Sheldon

Perfect!I purchased this as I saw a similar item on the shopping channel and wanted to try something similar without investing alot and boy was I surprised!This item is perfect. Its sturdy, reliable and its motivated me to work out. I've used it for a week and I cannot stop using it.Amazing product, quick and efficient delivery and I would recommend this to everyone who wants to have a workout in the comfort of their own home.

I bought this exercise machine a few weeks ago and have already lost 2% of my body fat! It's supplied with an exercise DVD though and I no longer have anything to view a DVD on. A link to an online site would be far more useful in this day and age :) This is the only reason for the 4 star rating. If an online resource was available it'd get the full five stars :)
