So far so good! Been taking this for about a month right before dinner which is when I usually consume carbs. No side effects, no weight gain. Even take them with when we go out to eat pizza or high carb meals, works awesome. My blood sugar is within normal range now, no spikes.

Since I have Type 2 diabetes, I was hoping this product would help with processing carbs. It did help with the carb processing, but it also gave me a jump start on losing a little weight. From their I graduated to the Keto diet somewhat, not totally, but enough to where I lost 25 pounds. I have been able to maintain that loss now for about 3 months or so. That in itself was a surprise, considering I have always gained more weight when Fall comes around, throughout Winter.

This product is by far the best weight loss management that I have ever used. I take two before lunch and two before dinner and I have no problem maintaining my weight. Also this product is very good for making digestion in your stomach so much easier.

This supplement seems to work well. I have been using these for a while now with no adverse affects. I've noticed I feel less cravings though the day when taking these as well. Very satisfied with how these have worked out.
