It's sand paper given as buffing file
Very cheap material. Infact if you see the attached photo you will see that they have pasted sand paper and that too not properly for buffing ! The steel part keeps bending in. Since i have already opened it, can't return it. This is cheating at another level.

Utter disappoinment buying this product. They just stick a sandpaper which Just came out even before using. The other side is a poor quality non rust free 3rd grade tin piece. PLZ DONT BUY. @Amazon, products like these spoil your store reputation. plz be aware
