Comes out in best taste if is made with precisely half a cup of water.1 SACHET IN 1/2" CUP OF WATER - BRINGS THE RIGHT TASTE.If you use more water, then the taste dilutes out.Loving it now.

I genuinely loved the flavour of the cardamom/ elaichi!! I used one packet for 250ml cup and loved the "Kadak" elaichi chai. Sugar content is mild and good. Very easy to make, especially for busy lifestyle and during travel. Definitely buy!

WASTE OF MONEY
-Doesn’t taste good.-Expire in 6 months (considering Amazon stocking time period, you might get 2-3 months expiry date product like me.)- Amazon consider it as a Groccery product, hence don’t accept the return.- customer service is very bad.DON’T BUY IT.

It’s diluted and even the sugar one needs sugar
I don’t think I would be buying Chayos product again. I have tried their low sugar and the full sugar ones. Low sugar is understandably with no sugar but the one with sugar is very diluted and one needs one spoon of sugar to make is Ok
