It’s perfect and just right.

Fairly fast shipping (from China!) with decent tracking. I was amazed by the quality of this product. Not the cheap junk I expected. The plastic was thick, reinforced, and strong, the bus bar was very thick and the studs seem like quality stainless with lock washer. The cut-outs for the cables are well defined yet strong and ideally cut out using a rotary tool like a Dremel. The mounting studs for the bus bar are counter-sunk into the plastic housing and covered with a foam pad. Even if the bar heats up and melts the foam it shouldn't make contact with any metal the plastic housing is mounted to; a nice bit of safe engineering. Highly recommended.

Decent quality for a good price

This bus bar does not disappoint. These are very heavy duty bus bars that you can tell are high quality by the weight of them alone. Very thick, solid piece of metal. The thickness alone will help with voltage drops and reduce the risk of fire in a high amperage system. It comes with all the necessary mounting hardware. The wire gaps in the cover appear to be large enough for 0/1 gauge wire. The 8 x M4(#8) studs will be great for connecting any low voltage 12v sources. Ill be using it to run my lights in my shed. Price might be a factor as they are on the expensive side but there's not much you cant throw at these in a 12v system. These are defiantly a buy If your looking for something to handle high amps or just like to be overly cautious like me. This is exactly what I was looking for to connect my battery banks.
