How can I get a webcam to work?
I just bought the Acer B287K bmiipprzx for use with my 2021 MacBook Pro 14" laptop.The laptop is closed when I’m using the monitor due to limited desk space, so I can’t use the MacBook webcam for video calls when I’m at my desk.I bought a Logitech C920S Pro HD Webcam and plugged that into the monitor’s USB port, but it isn't showing as a camera when I open Zoom and go to the menu where I can select webcamInput options.I know the webcam works because it works when plugged into a USB-A to USB-C adapter and then plugged directly into my laptop, but I'd rather have it attached to the monitor directly so there's one less cord to unplug when I want to take my laptop away from my desk.Is the monitor not compatible with a Mac? How do I figure out if all the USB ports on my monitor are broken or if there’s something I’m doing wrong?
