Most effective in an elevated spot
I bought one of these many years ago, specifically for emergencies.But when I had an emergency, I couldn’t find it.My fluorescent light had packed up in the kitchen.And I couldn’t get a replacement until the electrician had time to put up a new one.So remembering this gadget, I checked out Amazon.It was delivered very quickly thank goodness. It’s no fun cooking in the dark.The cable is a decent length, so I was able to clip the fitting at ceiling height onto my water pipe, put in an LED bulb, and it did the job until the electrician replaced my fitting.Very practical solution. Makes a great emergency light anywhere. It just clamps on.So glad they still make it.
