We have had so many clothes dryers like airers and have gone through about half a dozen DB coat hagger blow dryers over the years, they things are really dusty and youre home gets linty with the DBs, i got a bit snowed under with duvets sets and towels this winter and it takes so long to dry on an airer, i had enough and got myself a condenser tumble dryer OMG!!!! i love it i can have a load of laundry washed dry in a couple of hours instead of over a day my towels are soft and fluffy my duvets hardly need ironed no crunchy feeling im so happy,i love the water container in the door of the dryer that fills up with water from the condeser so easy to empty i havent seen a dryer with that feature before its really easy to use and got myself some wool dryer balls haha result they things are good,i really like my hoover washing machine so got the dryer to match

Really impressed with how well this works, and so easy to empty the water. Could even make to drain directly into a drain if I wanted.

If you want a no nonsense dryer this is for you. While the settings perhaps aren't the most straight forward, you'll quickly figure it out (if you read the manual). And probably like me, you'll soon discover the 'small load' setting more or less dries whatever you put in it in under an hour. Nothing shrinks (yet..) and everything comes out perfectly dry. So yeah, it's a tumble dryer that does what it says.The only 'snag' - if you can call it that - is that it does *not* support Wifi. Equally, while you can technically control it via the Hoover app, unless you have a fairly modern Android phone, it's useless (i.e. the iPhone version of the app simply lets you register the dryer and provides a user manual. Go figure..) That said, even if you're the proud owner of an Android phone, I've always questioned the value of controlling such mundane devices with your phone. Regardless how clever the technology, it's not going to put your laundry in the machine is it? :)

The media could not be loaded.  According to Amazon rules, I can return this item, which seems unacceptable. After 2 months then dryer has stopped working. This doesn't seem acceptable.

Easy to use, clear insturctions, I like the conderser which is postioned on the door so its easy to see and empty.

It does everything right, it's cheaper to run that I had expected
