Hi, theres a tiny sizing chart, to the left of the image; Small 4-6 39-45" 38-46 lbs.Medium 8-10 46-53" 48-62 lbs.

If small is from 4_6 does that means is too long for an exact 4yrs old?

Yes ... it will be long. My daughter is 4 years old and about 36” long and 37lbs. It was dragging, the sleeves were long and the shoulders were big too.
