No they’re one sided. The other side is flat with a silver coating.

These gems are large, mirrored on one side, and very much on the “toy” end of the spectrum. Have you considered natural gemstones? You could use gemstone beads or just tumbled quartz. Even better, if you really want sparkles, try cubic zirconia. You can buy a pile of cz, beautifully cut and sparkly, very reasonably in a wide range of colors. But I think for costumes, these plastic ones are not for you! Good luck!
