Long shelf life
I used this on a tubeless tire rather than a tubular (sew up) and it worked perfectly. What amazed me was that the can had been sitting in my seat bag for four years untouched, and I only remembered I had it when I'd exhausted all other solutions for fixing the flat - except for stuffing a tube into the tubeless tire, which was my last resort. I'm amazed that the latex foam hadn't dried up in four years of riding a gravel bike through all kinds of temperature extremes.

This stuff works!
The Pit Stop sealant works perfectly. I am new to tubular tires; I just recently bought a vintage road bike that had them. Before I did a bit of research, I had no idea how to fix a flat on a tubular tire, but I knew you can’t use a patch kit. So, I packed the pit Stop can along with my mini pump in my back jersey pocket on all my rides. On one of my recent rides, I got a flat tire and used the pit stop sealant, spun the tire around to ensure it got everywhere and then pumped it up to about 90psi. It held perfectly with no loss of tire pressure all the way home. In fact, it kept pressure for a week, with no abnormal reduction of pressure outside of the little bit of reduction that all bike tires get over time. I decided to seal my confidence in this product by pumping up that same tire to over 100psi and going on a 12 mile ride. Absolutely no problems. Get it, it works!

This is an awesome product
After reading some reviews I was hesitant to try this product, however, I have used Vittorio Tubular tires for many years with great success and so I decided to give it a try. In the last week I have flatted twice more than 10 miles from any services. The first flat was a rear tire and the Vittorio Pit Stop fixed it quickly and I was able to continue the ride and return home riding instead of walking. The second flat was to the front tire three days later, also for from home and for the second time in a week, Vittorio Pit Stop save my ride and saved me a 10+ mile walk. It was easy to use, it inflated to about 110 psi (I topped it off to 130 psi with my hand pump) and completed my ride and returned to home. I have already ordered a new Vittorio Pit Stop.

Terrible Customer Service! Do not buy
I bought 5 to ensure I was not in trouble while cycling. Of course I did not get a flat within the ‘return period’ but I did eventually get a flat tire. Well, there was no air in the container, just foam. I contacted the seller to ask about a replacement for those five since I obviously got a bad batch that did not inflate. The answer I received was, “This was outside of the RETURN period! Well, I won’t buy from this person again since he did not care to help me but to just take my $150+

puncture-dependent
Haven't had much success yet, I've tried this twice now for tubular flats in a race. In the first instance the puncture was too large and the foam escaped without sealing. In the second it held for about a half hour more of riding but it kept losing air, so I had to pull off and swap for a new wheel.

Fastest flat-fix on the planet, must for tubular tire riders
I ride with tubular tires and if I get a puncture, I simply use this canister and shoot the sealant and gas into my flat tubular. BOOM - done...I can hop back on the bike in SECONDS...It will pump the tire up to about 80-85 psi - (enough to get you home) , But I wanted to keep riding with my group ride, so I top off the tire air pressure with my little pump to get the tire filled to 100psiThe Vittoria Pit-Stop Sealant will seal most puncture flats but won't repair a slashed tire - which why its a good idea to still carry a pre-glued tire, or if you ride clinchers, a tire boot.If I was riding clinchers, I would simply bring a patch kit and spare tube and just use the Pit Stop in races

Bad design, messy and not a very good product
While trying to fix a flat, the road sealant started squirting out the side of the tire. I stopped using it to give it time to seal. I'm not sure it would but it's worth a try. I then tried to use the rest of the product in hopes of fixing the tube. The top plastic "guide" came off. I tried to fix it, but every time I pressed the guide against the outlet the foam started coming out all over the place. It was messy and it didn't work. When I tried to return the item, they are not allowed to return flammable material. It's okay to send it to me, but not send it back to them. Lesson learned.

Great in a pinch
I purchased Vittoria Pit stop as a flat solution for triathlon racing so a flat with my tubular tires wouldn't necessarily mean an end to my day. I have yet to flat on my tubbies (knock on wood) but carried the pit stop with my clincher training wheels for several weeks waiting to get a flat so I could check out how it worked. Before long, I was riding home from work and flatted after picking up one of the goat head thorns that are so prevalent on my commute. I removed the thorn, and after only making a minor mess fumbling with the plastic valve was able to get the tire filled, and holding air well enough for me to make the last few miles home. Nothing needed but the can of Pit Stop, which includes both the propellant and the sealant in one convenient can.The next morning the tube was flat, and had to be replaced, but the Pit Stop did its job perfectly and saved me a long walk. It won't replace a standard spare tube for my everyday riding, but its now a definite must have for on race day. It could easily be the difference between losing 2 minutes and a DNF.My only complaint is that I've got several cans of the stuff rolling around my bike gear, and the plastic covers don't stay well on the aluminum can. Additionally the plastic nipple that attaches to the valve stem comes off fairly easily. This has resulted in a few accidental discharges in and around my bike gear and depending on how you've got it attached to the bike a relatively small bump could knock the nipple off and render the can useless. I've solved the problem by taping the lid to the can with a small length of electrical tape.

Camera d'aria pizzicata
Ho bucato la ruota posteriore della mia bici da corsa, anzi la camera d'aria è stata pizzicata, ho percorso altri 40 km e sono arrivato a casa. Quindi funziona non solo per i buchi ma anche per i piccoli tagli

Three Stars
