Seat is high quality and comfortable for my 12 pound dog. It is easy to install, sufficient height for dog to see out windows, sturdy and stable. I like it rests on the car seat. I have easily taken it in and out as needed.

Love the size of this booster seat. He can now see out the window. The added clip helps secure your pet and the outside material is soft. No wear and tear after many months. The side pockets are nice to store your leash, treats, etc.

My Chihuahua is about 6lbs. He is almost 16 years old. He doesn't hate car rides, but he surely is not begging to go in the car. He likes to be able to look out the windows to yell at all passerbys.I have been searching for a sturdy and secure car seat for him to use on a car ride from California to Nebraska, where we are moving. I need for him to be able sleep and get comfy in the seat, but also allow him to watch what is going on around him. I wanted to be able to line the seat with one of his big, fluffy blankets for extra comfort and warmth. The little purse sized car seat that we already have allows him to lie down, but not stretch out and get comfy or add a fluffy blanket. We only have used that for short rides.This car seat was very easy to assemble. It is huge compared to my Chihuahua so he has ample room. I left it in the living room by his bed and he enjoyed hoping in and out. He obviously approved. We have used it twice and it is all that I hoped it would be. He can see out the windows, stretch out, move around...but the lead that attaches to his harness does not allow him to jump out of the car seat. And because you not only attach the strap around the headrest, but also use the vehicles seat belt to strap it in, that car seat does not wobble or tilt or move.There are 2 side pockets that we store his lead and potty bags. I was thinking of putting a baggie of snacks and a collapsible cup, which you get free as a gift, in the other pocket. I could not be happier with this car seat purchase. My dog seems comfortable. I hope this makes a long drive less stressful.

This is the small, it’s rated for 20 pounds but clearly holds well over that. Well worth the money. It has a seatbelt harness and overall attaches around the headrest. It’s well built but da think enough padding for comfort. I bought it a year ago and it has held up great without any signs of breaking down.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My dog is 5.5 pounds so he needs a booster to be able to see out the window. This is perfect! He climbed right in and was able to see out the window. Easy installation and love the lead to hook up to his harness.

Our yorkie was terrified every time we would take him in the car. We got this car seat and now he loves riding in the car and wants to go everywhere with us. We recently took him on vacation with us and he was very comfortable for the entire trip. I love that he is secure in the seat but still able to move around and be comfortable. He can look out the window without any problem and he doesn’t get thrown around the car while we are driving. I added a blanket to the base to give him a little extra comfort. He weighs 6 pounds and has plenty of room in this seat. I buckled the seat belt around the entire base of the seat and it is very secure. He loves his car seat and so do we! I definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to travel with their dog.

I got the large size to fit my two small dogs (13 lb & 7 lb). The size is perfect. While the booster seat is large, there is still room for a person to sit on the back seat. I also like that the booster is sturdy. It seems to be a good quality seat.That being said, the structure is strange. The waffle-fold thing that holds the seat up does not provide for a comfortable suface for the dogs as when you push down on the seat, you can feel all the pieces of the structure. All it would take is one flat piece on the top (under the padding) to make this better. I am using a lare piece of cardboard for now.I also don't like the way it straps in. Even when threading the seatbelts through the handles, the seatbelts still pop up over the seat, which could strangle a dog. I have had to string them under the seat to avoid this and find a strange way to make it latch. It works--you just have to figure out the best way for your car.Overall, with minor adjustments, I am happy with this seat.
