AFTER KNEE REPLACEMENT IN 10/2022 MY LEFT KNEE DECIDED TO SWELL UP IN 02/23. I AM NOW IN PT TRYING TO FIX THE STIFFNESS AROUND THE NEW KNEE. PT INSTRUCTOR RECOMMENDED THIS DEVICE. I HAVE BEEN USING IT ONCE A DAY TO STRETCH THE HIP AND LEG MUSCLE. SO FAR SO GOOD. DEVICE HAS NOT BROKEN.

Good for a healthy foot
I think it’s good for the average foot. But it’s too much of a stretch. I believe for people suffering from plantar fasciitis. As soon as I tried it, I was in pain after that.
