115200 is the maximum, Fast enough in my opinion.

Q: If i install only this rf module on a product that i want to sell in usa. does that product has to be fcc certified too?

You only need to declare the FCC ID of the RYLR896 on your product label.

Q: What can be done with 3 or more modules? Can they all talk to each other or 2 to 1?

Yes they can all talk to each other. I have 6 talking to 1, and that 1 transmits the data to the web. 1 of the transmitters is 8 houses away.
