I honestly didn't know if this product was going to help me. I'm working on some big goals 2022 & while I consider myself happy & positive I'm currently surrounded by some not so happy & positive people. I am 58 years old and this will be my first review I’ve written ever because no supplement has ever been good enough for me to leave a review on… But this is the best daily supplement I’ve ever taken… Best mental state and focus and feel good I have felt in years… I highly recommend this product. And I have to my family members… Best product I have ever taken!!!!! This is so good for anxiety and depression… So glad I found this product and did not have to go on prescription meds to do what this product does. NO SIDE EFFECTS!!!! All NATURAL!!

If you're already, relatively, positive then this will boost that mood. If you're struggling for a good mood then it didn't help me. And I'm just speaking for myself. Supplements work differently for everyone. I got this hoping that I'd, overall, have a better mood and that didn't happen. My bad moods weren't as bad, but weren't great. But when I tried to keep a better attitude, or was already kind of happy,I feel like this supplement boosted those good feelings and make me feel almost gleeful!My decent mood turned into a great one, even to the point of feeling loving and attractive again, wanting more personal time with my husband (because I just felt better)At work, I could keep a smile on and feel it; not just force it.But like I mentioned, if you're dealing with actual depression, this won't help unless you're at a point where you can help yourself. Your natural mood makes all the difference, but I still stand by this supplement as a Great mood booster!

This is not a miracle pill that will make everything sunshine and ranbows. It will make your emotions more manageable. I didn't take it longer term though. I took it for a month while going through a very difficult time. All I wanted to do was cry. This took the edge off so I could take care of business. For that I am very satisfied!

Note: only ever stop antidepressants after consulting with your doctor!I took antidepressants for years, and not for depression but for nerve pain. However, once I got off them (tired of the side effects) months ago, I had a difficult time. I had a hard time focusing on work which is very unusual for me, and felt very... Well... Depressed. I thought I'd give this supplement a try, as I've already tried several others. This was incredible. I only need 2 capsules and I feel so much better. The ingredients are really effective! I will definitely be recommending these to others.

Unfortunately I have to say this product did not work and to top it off it made me so tired all the time. I just had to stopPlease refund my money or allow a return

This is such a great supplement. I love how it makes me feel amazing. And it’s super easy to take. Overall I love the all natural ingredients that are in the supplement and it really gives me a full day of joy. I also enjoy that it is doctor formulated and that it really has helped me be more of my joyful self.

I have been using the Joy Assist for several weeks and I have a NOTICEABLE difference in my mood.
