Won’t find better shades at this price point
The media could not be loaded. I bought 12 shades total for my entire home, all of which have now been up and functioning for over a month, spending thousands of dollars and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The customer support was exceptional from start to finish, and really went the extra mile to answer my questions, make sure I was clear about what I needed, and to quickly solve any issues I had at any point during the process.I purchased a mix of the dual shades and single shades for varying windows in my home. For the dual shades I got the 50% white solar shades and 100% blackout shades and just blackout shades for for the singles. In retrospect, I wish I just purchased all dual shades - as truly having the UV protection and privacy during the day but can still see through them, while full privacy blackout at night is amazing and worth every extra penny IMO.The shade fabric is great quality and it’s extremely easy to replace the motor in the shades, which isn’t super expensive if you need to after a few years / if they fail out of warranty, which is nice.Just a note: the 50% solar shades are pretty much full privacy during the day, but at night if you have bright lights on in your home people can see in pretty easily. If you don’t have lights on, they can’t see in at all. Just having solar shades may be fine for higher stories where you don’t have direct neighbors that can see in. But if you want an option for complete privacy at night - make sure to get a blackout option as well / do your research.Overall I paid a handyman to install my shades because I wasn’t comfortable drilling into the walls and doorframe of my brand new home. But the installation is SO EASY. If you’re good with a drill and measuring you can absolutely do it yourself with a helper pretty quickly. At first I was told you need a newer / compatible Alexa on every floor / room to be able to control the shades - that’s not true. You do need an Alexa on every floor obviously to “hear” voice commands if you don’t want to have to open an app on your phone - but only one needs to be newer and compatible to pair with / connect the shades to initially. From there, I strongly suggest creating routines to manage every shade in your home which any Alexa device can handle once created. Creating routines allows you to set easily remembered phrases and how much open or closed you want your shades on command. I simply grouped all shades on each floor / room as needed with various voice commands, and also setup auto day and night opening and closing routines. Without setting up and using routines, you’ll find it’s very hard for Alexa to recognize commands as the base voice functionality without routines is a little wonky. It did take me a minute to get all the shades connected to Alexa with the routines set in a logical way. For example, I think “100% openness” in the app actually means fully closed lol. It’s confusing initially, but once you get it figured out works like a charm.Make sure to follow the instructions on setting up your shades, open and close positions, and adding remotes carefully. If you miss one step, it’s a huge pain and you have to start over.I’ll probably end up making an in-depth video for these shades for people eventually bc honestly I cannot recommend these enough. Yes, some of the technical setup is a little confusing at first - but you’re paying literally half the cost from what companies charge for the same or even inferior products.. well worth it!A few other key learnings:I opted out of a valance option as they really didn’t have a great option for the dual shades. Both the fabric and metal valances looked a little cheap to me. If you don’t have a valance, I suggest speaking to the rep about adding on and paying for extra fabric so that when the shade is fully closed you don’t see the white roll exposed. I hate how my first tester purchase showed the white roll exposed - so all the other ones I just opted for more fabric to hide it. It looks way cleaner / better that way IMO and worth the extra cost of fabric. If you’re thinking about paying for solar panels for charging the shades, note that they only work if your window gets very direct sunlight. None of my solar panels on windows that get indirect sunlight seem to be able to keep the shades charged - so just something to keep in mind. Also make sure if you’re getting solar panels to note which side you’re getting the motor on and how it would work with the solar panels placed on your windows. I stupidly did this kind of backwards / without thinking it through and ended up having to hide wires from the panels to the motors. All and all - 5 stars for me and highly recommend!

Nice product
I give it 4 since it doesn’t work with my vertical blinds. But works great with my shades. It would be nice if it all works for all Graywind blinds/shades.

I had two issues, they fixed the problems and were great to work with.
Have purchased these for several windows to work with Alexa. They go up automatically in the morning and close automatically at night.

Love the Remote Control!
This blind was so easy to install! Not a bunch of measuring. The brackets fit next to the back of the window frame. It clipped in with ease! It works great and fit perfectly! We love it! We bought another one after we saw how great it was.

Absolutely amazing customer support!
Absolutely amazing customer support! And the blinds are great quality and look fantastic, perfect fit. We had an issue with ours and Graywind customer support took care of us without any issue. They were great to work with and would absolutely buy again. We ended up purchasing 2 of the Roller Shade Blinds (for 2 windows) and 1 verticle blind (for our sliding glass door). They look absolutely stunning and really add character to our great room. They are a bit pricey, but when compared to the big box stores, they are way cheaper and of similar or better quality. Purchase with confidence. My only recommendation is to measure 3-4 times and make sure you have your measurements exact. Particularly if they will be inside the window frame. :)

High quality and easy installation
These shades are very easy to install and are much less expensive (25%) than Hunter Douglas. I modified the instructions and sent them to Graywind in order to make them clearer to English speaking clients. They are easy to connect to Amazon/Alexa. The provided remote works well as it does not require you to have it pointed directly at the shade. We chose these as we - like many folks - have the half round windows above the standard windows and they can cover all of it or part of it as your needs throughout the day change. We like the rechargeable feature vs. replacement batteries and after two months no recharge has been needed yet. Fabric choices are many and we suggest getting the fabric samples before ordering. The picture shows them partially down but they go all the way to the floor.Highly recommend these shades.

Nice but are paper thin!
I love them for privacy they provide, light they block and the ease of use with the remote technology. Wish they were thicker to provide insulation too.

The response to any question was within 12 hours and the product quality is fantastic. The blackout panels are amazing. I bought dark grey and they are gorgeous and easy to install. Great product and people. Am placing order again for another large window.
